  • Manure dump points – Please use dump points throughout your stay, these can be found at either end of stable blocks, make sure you place all manure in designated dump points.
  • Stable Cleaning on departure of Gundagai annual show only- all yards/stables must be FULLY CLEANED OUT on departure, this means manure and shavings are removed, leaving yard back to bare floor. On departure shavings can be left outside your yard with the door fully closed.
  • Failure to comply with cleaning duty will incur a penalty of $50 per yard.  Failure to pay this penalty will result in cancellation of entries for 2025.

Portable yards 

Must be erected in designated areas (see showground map for allocated areas)

Shavings

All shavings must be prebooked via globalentriesonline.com.au $15 per bale.  Extra shaving will not be available.

Camping for Gundagai Show only

There is no separate charge for camping on the ground, instead all riders will be required to pay a ground levy. Ground levy will cover items such as irrigation, power, ground maintenance and other associated costs. See showground map for camping areas.
